Govinda leaves 'lucky' 20 yr home
Stories of Govinda's erratic behaviour and superstitions continue to do the rounds. The latest, we hear, is that
Govinda has now left his original residence Jal Darshan forever. Govinda has been living at the Juhu residence
ever since his film 'Ilzaam' went on to become a hit. The actor, who lived in this house for the last two decades,
always considered the abode lucky for him, as his rise to stardom was achieved when he resided there.
A source now reveals, "Govinda has shifted bag and baggage with his entire family. It has been heard that he
shifted from this house as it was no longer bringing him any luck. This time however, it was not Govinda's
decision but his astrologer's, who has been advising him all along. According to the astrologer, the house was no
longer lucky for him. The astrologer himself will now occupy the old residence at Jal Darshan because Govinda
wants him to be close by, so he may seek advice constantly."
Govinda was asked to shift to his bungalow, which is right opposite Jal Darshan. He was earlier using this
bungalow as his office. Govinda was not available for comment as he is busy shooting in South Africa for David
Dhawan's forthcoming venture 'Do Not Disturb' along with Riteish Deshmukh, Sushmita Sen and Lara Dutta. |
